We want you to be fully satisfied with your electric golf push cart; if your equipment does not meet your expectations on the fairway, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition. Our goal is to ensure your gear enhances your game, and we are committed to making the exchange or return process as seamless as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Pack Your Cart
Securely place the electric cart and all included accessories, batteries, and manuals back into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the cart's condition and electronic components, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
