How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Our high-capacity lithium-ion batteries are designed to last a minimum of 18 to 27 holes depending on the terrain and the weight of your golf bag.
What happens if the battery runs out while I am on the course?
All of our electric carts feature a 'freewheel mode' which allows you to push the cart manually without any motor resistance if the battery is depleted.
Is the cart waterproof for rainy rounds?
The electronics and motor housing are water-resistant and designed to handle light to moderate rain; however, we recommend using a protective cover during heavy downpours and avoiding deep puddles.
What is your shipping policy for oversized items?
We offer free standard ground shipping on all electric push carts within the continental United States. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on the motor and battery?
Yes, every cart comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering the frame, motor, and electronic components, with a specific 1-year warranty on the battery cell.
Can the cart handle steep hills and rough terrain?
Absolutely. Our carts are equipped with high-torque motors and anti-tip wheels to ensure stability and consistent power when navigating inclines and thick rough.
